Options For Precast Industry Systems System with Optional Single Deck Vibrating Screen- Flush Boom System for Residual Water Washout: Each boom is complete with all necessary plumbing, including a 3" butterfly pneumatic actuated valve with instant on/off control.
- Batch Plant Priority Pump Option: To pump residual water to batch plant. Option includes 3M pump with 10 HP drive; two-piece 3" butterfly pneumatic actuated valve with instant on/off control; complete pre-wired electrical system with auto cycle mode control; completely plumbed to the ENVIRO-PORT® System.
- Lincoln Automatic Lubrication System: For positive bearing lubrication; completely plumbed and installed on an ENVIRO-PORT® System.
- Automatic Heat Tape System: With temperature probe; includes insulation of all water lines and pump systems on the ENVIRO-PORT® unit.
- ENVIRO-PORT® 3" Density Meter: includes an LCD display for temperature; density; 115 VAC-powered.
- 4-20 ma Ultrasonic Non-Contact Level Controller that provides pump control and automatically introduces outside water to the ENVIRO-PORT® System.
- 17' Extra-Wide Discharge Splash Panel; suggested for a 2-truck discharge, to replace 8'-wide panel.
- ABCO 48" x 96" Single Deck Vibrating Screen: For use with 24" auger system.
- ABCO 36" x 72" Single Deck Vibrating Screen: For use with 14" auger system.
- 3" Maglite Magnetic Flowmeter: For pulse output, to control pumping of residual water to batch plant.
- ENVIRO-PORT® Gray Water Tank internal piping system. To work in conjunction with customer's water chiller and/or hot water system.
